Dannii recently appeared at the Prix de Marie Claire Awards in Sydney, Australia.
M*A*C were behind Dannii's sensational make-up.
To Recreate Dannii’s look:
SKIN: To give a beautiful porcelain finish, Studio Fix Fluid was applied using a #191 Foundation brush and set with Studio Fix Powder. A shaping powder in “Sculpt” was used to contour temples and cheekbones.
EYES: To ensure a long wearing crease proof eye
make-up “Painterly” Paint Pot was applied all over the eyelid using brush # 217. To enhance Dannii’s blue eyes and create a soft smokey effect, a mixture of taupe and grey colours were used. “Shroom”eyeshadow was applied as a brow highlight, followed by “Satin Taupe”and “Copperplate” using Brush #239 and #217 all over the eyelid and crease. To add a subtle contour to the outer crease a light dusting of “taupographic” eyeshadow was applied with a # 217 brush. To dramatise Dannii’s eyes “blacktrax” Fluidline was applied to the top and bottom lash line with angle brush # 266 and smudged with “taupographic” eyeshadow using brush # 228. To get that red carpet look # 7 lashes are a must have !!
CHEEKS: “Blossoming” creme blush was buffed in with Brush #109 and layered with “Well Dressed” to amplify the pink colour and give a satin textured finish.
LIPS: Dannii’s lips were lined with “Dervish” lip pencil then filled in with “Faux”Lipstick for a subtle pink colour to compliment eyes and cheeks. To give a more of a full glossy finish “Ample Pink” Plushglass was layered over the top.
NAILS: Hands-“Abstract” & Toes- “Vintage Vamp”
